Research Center
The UAB Civitan International Research Center (CIRC) is the flagship program of Civitan International. This world-class medical research facility, located at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, is dedicated to researching the causes and treatments for a wide range of developmental and cognitive disabilities, such as autism, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, brain tumors, and traumatic brain injuries.
